🍷 L’ « Inspiration » est bonne, avec un nez profond de moka, de cacao, de mure en confiture. Syrah, Grenache et Carignan se donnent la réplique pour développer une bouche harmonieuse, complexe, assise sur de solides tannins policés qui mêlent poivre, cassis et tapenade.

The “Inspiration” is good, with a deep nose of mocha, cocoa, from blackberry to jam. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan respond to each other to develop a harmonious, complex palate, based on solid polished tannins which combine pepper, blackcurrant and tapenade.
